By accessing and using Flida ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Flida provides a cloud-based flight operations management platform, including but not limited to flight planning, aircraft management, crew management, certificate tracking, and compliance reporting tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
5. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data. All flight operations data, crew information, and documents are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized users within your organization. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access the Service through unauthorized means, interfering with the operation of the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Flida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
